Here it is the production process, broken down step by step:
1. File Submission
The customer or design team submits the final production file (e.g., PDF, AI, or CAD format) to the production department for review.
2. File Approval
The production supervisor or quality assurance team checks the file for errors (dimensions, colors, resolution, bleed, etc.). Once verified, the file is formally approved for printing.
3. Printing
The approved file is sent to the printer. The material (, vinyl, powder, etc.) is loaded, and printing is completed according to the specified quantity and color settings.
4. Cutting into Pieces
After printing, the printed sheets or rolls are moved to the cutting station. Using a cutting machine (e.g., guillotine, die‑cutter, or laser cutter), the printed material is cut into individual pieces or specific shapes as per the design.
5: Testing
Water washing test included as a quality control step. The water wash test is typically performed after printing (and possibly after cutting) to ensure ink adhesion, colorfastness, and material durability when exposed to water or washing.
6. Packing
The cut pieces are inspected for defects, counted, and neatly packed into boxes, bags, or wraps. Labels or barcodes may be added for identification.
7. Dispatch / Sent Out
Packed orders are moved to the shipping area, where they are arranged by destination. Shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, waybills) are prepared. Finally, the package is sent out via courier, freight, or vessel.
